Then won`t be a problem, wear earplugs, they will protect you. NEVER ever put down your earplugs if you go clubbing.

I had some pretty obvious warnings to stop doing things...but my habituation was hard as a rock so never payed attention to them. I was used to sleep with TV so I did not noticed that the volume increased at first...just it was too late and my T started to bother me even when I listened to music.

Actually I don`t know if I every find peace again...because I was such a fool. If somebody tell me once, just once that T can get worse, I could be somewhere far from here and from this situation. The mild T was a warning for me just I interpreted that in an "I don`t care" way.

@Telis Believe me habituation is ridiculously awesome. I was habituated for 7 years before my onset. If I think back it was a wonder...my T never, I`m mean seriously NEVER bothered me even tough I heard it, when I lay down to have a nap, when I turned off the music or when I was at the bathroom...
