In Manhattan today, Dec. 9, 2024, a jury has found subway hero Daniel Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway last year. The first charge of manslaughter was dismissed on Friday afternoon due to a hung jury. This case was brought against Penny by Alvin Bragg, District Attorney of Manhattan, who prosecuted Donald Trump. Since Trump won, the charges he was found guilty of are meaningless and will likely be appealed.

Kamala Harris was a DEI candidate, and unsuited for the presidency. If she has any intelligence, she's never shown it.

Trump's witch hunt felony convictions were obtained by lawfare conducted by pro-criminal Alvin Bragg, the current District Attorney of Manhattan who lost the racist, political case against subway hero Daniel Penny earlier this week. E. Jean Carroll appears to be mentally ill in the interview that she did with Anderson Cooper in 2019 when this story first broke. She seems to have had a fantasy of Trump having sex with her in the female dressing room of Bergdorf Goodman dept. store in Manhattan.

As far as her being sexually assaulted, much less raped, by Trump or anybody else, in this luxury store's female dressing room, it would be virtually impossible as there are female attendants in dressing rooms of stores like this at all times. He never would have gotten in, even in the highly improbable event of his attempting to do such a thing.

Trump's lawyer, Alina Habba, said that the judge did not permit the defense to use the Anderson Cooper interview in court. Habba added that once the appeal is in motion, the evidence not permitted at the original trial will be allowed, Carroll will receive "Zero" of the 83 million dollar judgment awarded to her by the court, and there will be a lawsuit for attorney fees.

The Democrats lost, they could not keep Trump out of the White House for a second term by fabricating stories such as this in 2024:
