Cause of Tinnitus
One exposure on loud club
Hyperacusis is gone, I can now Stand My Loud friends without pain.

Tinnitus is variable, I had some quiet days, only noticing it when on quite places or on bed. Today is a bit higher.

It seems my hearing is better, I don't feel my ear plugged.

Just wanted to update, I'm going to a tinnitus clinic here in Buenos Aires on March 2nd.

Been having normal days while just being stressed from work, studying and finding a place on top of that. But hanging on.

Might go to a movie next week with earplugs.

Who knows what will happen in the following months?

I do still think of tinnitus many times a day, but it's not that negative.

Hyperacusis tends to fade for many people. H is hard to deal with as it adds limitation to what one can do or where to go. Just be prudent with the ears as unstable ears tend to react to loud noises. It is a good idea to protect with earplugs for loud noises but don't over protect for normal ambient sounds around us as that can also lead to sound sensitivity issue.

i sleep like a log regardless of volume, i feel good.

Starting TRT in a month.

Ill also check for TMJ as i can modulate pitch With jaw.

Still, i stay away from phone calls and Loud noise.

I cant even recall my state of mind on the first two months.
