I wanted to make a summary of the year with Tinnitus.
At first there was a squeak.
After 5 weeks, there was a buzz and other squeals.
After 3 months, a specific ringing appeared.
Later, I was exposed to noise from time to time.
Additional kinds of sounds appeared through this noise, some of them very troublesome.
Most of them went through several days or weeks.
In March I had a few weeks of hissing. The piss was not or was gentle. It was the best time. Later it happened for a maximum of a few days.
Squeak, moan, squealing (like Mandragora from Harry Potter), a metal ball in a container ... and many other sounds.
Today I have a fairly clear moan and two other high-pitched sounds in the background. Besides, I still have a ringing, sometimes I can not hear it. The humming is usually quite light, often unnoticeable.
I only took a set of vitamins, magnesium, etc. and a blood medicine (?). Absolutely nothing could.
I am sitting mostly in silence and almost constantly in plugs.
The minimum sound makes Tinnitus worse - I still have strong Reactivity.
