Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOs, TCAs, TeCAs)

Nortriptyline raised my resting heart rate and gave me awful dry mouth, but it did get me through a suicidal phase of my tinnitus. When I discontinued it, my tinnitus somehow felt a little quieter.
I had a dry mouth and higher heart rate, even at 50 mg, I think even at 25 mg. I had a painful, lasting acid reflux-like feeling come over me sometimes if I had eaten something late prior to taking Nortriptyline on several occasions. It was pretty intense and could go on for about 20 minutes before fading away. What's interesting is I had absolutely no acid reflux issues and never even took antacids since early 2020, so this just felt like an intense acid reflux response, not that it was one. It happened once while on 25 mg. It hasn't happened in the year+ that I've been completely off of it, regardless of how late I eat something.
