What should I buy to help me sleep better? Masking and changing my sleep position have helped a little bit. I still would like a better night's sleep if possible.
I tried the Sleepytime tea. I believe I'm more rested when I wake up. However, each time I drank it, I had to go to the bathroom 2 hours before I had to wake up. Also, I have been getting dreams which is weird because I usually don't dream.
