Tinnitus Since
11/2012
After giving up on my ENT, I decided to visit a family physician today. He told me that I should get a B12 blood level test. He told me that tinnitus is one of the major symptoms of low vitamin b12 blood levels.

I will try to do the blood test tomorrow.

I did some desktop research and found conflicting evidence on the efficacy of supplementing B12 to people with tinnitus who are deficient in this vitamin.

My RBC (Red Blood Cells) is a bit high as shown in my recent blood test. I have been taking very high doses of Vitamin B12 almost daily. Could this be a factor?
