Does anyone who follows the biotech market know when best time is (based on historical performance of the sector) to invest in a biotech IPO? The minute it goes public? A few days later? A week?

There's many things to consider before buying into a biotech IPO. By far, most important is when there's a pre IPO private financing with heavy participation from the public. This is known as a cross-over round. Initial IPO price may not be cheap, but future returns and success is less risky.
Right now, there's several bio's working in the physical cervical or nerve/artery tinnitus space and they are up bigtime this year.
