You should consult a medical malpractice lawyer. You have a lot of documentation. Even these posts can be used as evidence. You might be able to find one that will take your case for free but they get 30% of the winnings.
My friend had a case for something else and they took it on commission because they knew they would win.
If the lawyer asks you to play up front, he is not confidant. Med Mal is tough to win so if he wants money up front then you can probably just walk away and consider it too hard to win.
Anyways I'm pretty sure an initial consultation is free. Just to get an idea if a lawyer is confidant.
I know it won't make your ears better but having a little bit of money to deal with the stress of this condition is better than nothing.

I think they did something wrong or at the very least did not inform you of the dangers. Take this to a lawyer and see what they say. 've read a lot of your posts and you are pretty severely disabled right now (no offense).
