Hi there!
As the title reads, I would like to ask if Airplane Plugs can be considered a substitute for everyday noise protection compared to Musician Earplugs?
https://www.amazon.com/Macks-Flightguard-Airplane-Pressure-Earplugs/dp/B01K9RHZ3S
These are the earplugs I'm buying for a flight in a month, 26dB NRR seems good for everyday noise protection, no?
Unless I'm missing something, (like filters making a big difference on musician earplugs) I'm sure this is good enough protection for situations such as: noisy classrooms, noisy streets (lots of people with loud motorbikes here).
Of course, I'll try to not overprotect my ears, it'll just be a safety measure when I feel uncomfortable with the loud environment.
