Can Anyone on Here Write a Good Press Release?

I am currently trying to look at ways myself (because of the frustrating inaction by others), to see if it would be possible to plant an article (or a few), in some magazines/newspapers/online publications to help with the push for more awareness for our affliction(s).

I am a decent writer myself, but in no way good enough to write something that is high-quality to be featured in any serious publication (know thy limits). Is there anyone on this forum who writes for a living and who can write a press release or article that could potentially be featured in magazines/newspapers?

I am currently researching what publications would be open for articles that are outside of the scope of the usual publications tinnitus gets published in and that are more mainstream.
