Can You Make Your Pulsatile Tinnitus Louder by Pressing on a Neck Vessel?

Can anybody with pulsatile tinnitus on this forum intensify the volume by pressing on a neck vessel?

When I press on the artery, the sound gets louder. I cannot alleviate the sound with light pressure but I can intensify the sound with any pressure.

My pulsatile tinnitus sounds like a hissing or psss psss in time with my pulse. It is worse with movement.

Mine gets louder if I:

- press down on top of my head
- move my head far to left or right
- open jaw
- and even if I do lunges or move body up/down..

Not related to question - but I am finding ANY caffeine at all is not good. Which sucks... as I love my coffee but looks like I need to continue to quickly get it down to none at all. It's not just the sound that amplifies, but also a dull bothersome headache, where I just want to lie down.
