Yeah hoooo knew (couldn't resist I know it's terrible) I'm a right hoot and a half (sorry terrible again) it's always good to know other people share the love for the owls.

Yeah I don't blame you man, those bloody fireworks, hated them before I got T and have nothing but contempt for them now! Nothing but noise pollution. That's such a shitty way to live, if the H wasn't bad enough it's the constant wondering if anything else will make it worse. I know you said it calmed down sensitive wise so there's nothing to say it won't again mate. Keep up the good fight, we can all hope for better days plus you need to pet some owls as well, we could arrange an owl outing once we are all feeling that much better, I think it would be owl-lisarous (just put me out my misery for the bad puns) I'm championing you on, you are a good man.

Im going to visit my uncle over Christmas, he's not doing too well so me and my cousins are going to keep him company. Unfortunately he lives in the middle of nowhere, no internet and to top it off he's a bloody vegan :( so please think of me eating cabbage soup and lentils or whatever it is vegans eat o_O for Christmas while you are all feasting on nice foods :LOL:

Im not sure if I will be able to log on or when as the nearest town is a good few miles away. So if I can't I want to wish all you cool and lovely people a Merry Christmas and a New Year, may it bring us all some we deserved joy in 2020.

I forgot about checking for things like this on Aliexpress so thanks for the tip. I have purchased things from this site before and some items arrive within 14 days but others have been on a slow boat from china, some items took three months to arrive even though they were sent by air.

It is also a hit and miss with the quality of items, but in saying that I have purchased some nice things before which have lasted :)

I have started my xmas shopping and today all the shops had Black Friday sales, we do not celebrate Thanksgiving in Australia, but any excuse for a sale is good ;) My list to buy for is still too long, so unfortunately it looks like I forget about the three strike system:LOL: I am sure not everybody has been that good on my list!

Same. I think it really depends on what you're buying; I wouldn't risk it with electronics for example, but something like jewelry should be fine.

Me, too! I have already bought four gifts, packed them up and put them in the mail. A few more to buy, still, but it's a start.(y)

Nothing better than a great bargain, although Black Friday was a fail, here. I didn't find one so called deal. :dunno:

Hope you are dreaming of a white xmas emmalee as there is a good chance your going to get it. I was watching the news here yesterday and they showed a 30 car pile up somewhere in Ontario. Our ski resorts that never usually see snow where covered in it last week. Certainly unusual weather happening here for our summer, really hot one day and then freezing the next. :dunno:

I really am dreaming of a White Christmas, Star. We ended up with a fair amount of snow once the freezing rain ended, it is a beautiful winter wonderland, here. Will it stay until Christmas? It will remain to be seen! :)

Yes, the car pile-up was pretty bad. I stayed indoors, no driving or even walking. We lost power for a bit, due to ice build up on the power lines. Gotta love winter! :rolleyes:
