Hey people, I came across a fantastic website a few months ago. It's called 'www.coursera.org'. I wanted to share that with you because it's helped me a LOT! It's a website for free education. You can learn all those stuffs that you never could. What's amazing is that you also get a 'Statement of Accomplishment' if you successfully complete a course. I've taken up a few classes and I'm doing great in those. You guys should take a look at it! They have subjects on almost all topics and they are all provided for free by various reputed Universities. They are video lessons, all you need to do is download them, watch them anytime you're free and complete quizzes. They are quite easy. Try making use of it. Have fun! (y)

P.S; I am NOT a part of their organization and trying to advertise here if anyone's wondering. I'm just thrilled by the subjects they are offering and wanted to share. :p

I also use that website and it's absolutely fantastic. The quality of the free courses is just amazing.

Of course, it's a window for their paid courses which most are extremely expensive, but still amazed by the free ones!

Yep, exactly! The signature courses could have been made as a single payment for all courses, something like 50$ or alright, fine, 100$. But you gotta pay for every signature course, that's one downside. But free courses are great too, that's what makes coursera so awesome.

Looks very interesting. I am always looking for "continuing education" courses to maintain a professional license.

Speaking of courses, I've been learning German using the "Pimsleur Approach". This is by far the best language course I have come across. In the 1960's, a man by the name of Pimsleur developed a theory about the best way to learn languages. I listen to 25 minute lessons every day. See http://www.pimsleurapproach.com

Coursera is one in many, it's the most well known but these sites also exist are worth a mention :
