Decreasing Hearing But My Voice Is Louder

I have been having a harder time hearing the past couple of days. Everything sounds quieter but my own voice sounds louder. Anyone know what this is and/ or what part of the ear it comes from? I have been cleaning dust a lot. I wonder if it's related.

the Stapedius I believe regulates how you hear your own voice. also PET (Patulous Eustachian tube) can increase voice volume.

Some Eustachian tube disfunction, can you pop your ears?

Yeah, sometimes I can't for a while but then can later. Popping them doesn't seem to do much.

They says if you have Patulous Eustachian tube its difficult to pop.
