Ok, thank you.I used a pulsed on and off 1 sec so it does not burn the skin at all even at 10w
Pulsed is the way to go - high power to reach deep but no much surface heating

Answer his question please @Bobby BThanks for the info Bobby B, really informative. One question; How far away do you approximately place the light from your ear?
I will order it too.
In January I'll begin 10 différents supplements + Lux Spa Laser and the flashlight see if that combo helps...
The reviews say 1.5W - which is still MUCH higher than any of the other home devices. This is of course if you use a AA battery.I checked the reviews on Amazon for the flashlight Bobby suggests and apparently it does not have the advertised 5W. But maybe it's still enough.
Thank you. In that case I must take the 5 watt direct current. Right? Because how can I make it pulsating? And at what frequence should it pulsate?
Got my lucky laser. Started tonight with 20 mins @ 808nm/200mw and 20.mins @ 650nm/60mw. Started at fairly low power and hope to ramp it up over time. Not sure if I'm aiming the probes correctly though. Other than a warm and fuzzy feeling, not much to speak of so far. I kept waiting for that spike that some have reported but none so far.
Make sure to move it around to cover all areas
Also use the pulse function
Also - resist the urge to do it too often for too long
Twice a week at high power 15 min 500mw pulsed is a good ballpark
So is 808 more important than 650?
