Can you guys look at that? It looks like the same thing right, just doesnt have the brand name stamped on it, but notice it has an option between buying an 850nm version or a 940nm version? What does this mean in treatment terms? Which one should I get? Would getting and using both be added benefit? Or should I just get the one Bobby posts on the american site?

In January I'll begin 10 différents supplements + Lux Spa Laser and the flashlight see if that combo helps...
 
I checked the reviews on Amazon for the flashlight Bobby suggests and apparently it does not have the advertised 5W. But maybe it's still enough.
 
Just found out that TV remotes uses IR light, maybe a new therapy haha

The reviews say 1.5W - which is still MUCH higher than any of the other home devices. This is of course if you use a AA battery.
 
The home device of Wilden is 80mw
It costs like USD 2500

That lamp is 1.5w which is still 1500mw - about 20 times the power of the Wilden top

I also ordered the 10w lamp it's only 50 dollars even though the real power may be less it's still far more than any home laser home device and more than sufficient for our purposes
 
I'll be trying the lucky laser and flashlight. Both on the way. Might as well give this light therapy the best shot of working (short of going to Spain or Norway).
 
I got the Ilauke flashlight in the mail today. You can adjust the size of the lens by moving the front of the flash light in or out.

What I will find awkward is, if I am to try and insure I do not over heat my skin by turning the light off and on for 10 min each ear, it's going to be somewhat difficult lol.
 
I'm sure we can work out a simple pulse /on-off circuit between the power supply so that we get this working
Can you take a few photos and let us know how it feels on the skin after some time ?
 
LED are pretty harmless at these power level

10w is a lot but the key is to do it on an off/ pulsating so you don't build up too much heat especially on the longer wavelengths
 
Thank you. In that case I must take the 5 watt direct current. Right? Because how can I make it pulsating? And at what frequence should it pulsate?

while I am no LLLT expert - you can emulate a pulse of one second off / one second on, by moving the light up and down, left and right, on your ear. every other second it will be over your ear, or on a part surrounding your ear which in theory, may help with local muscle tissue inflammation, which can cause T.
 
Got my lucky laser. Started tonight with 20 mins @ 808nm/200mw and 20.mins @ 650nm/60mw. Started at fairly low power and hope to ramp it up over time. Not sure if I'm aiming the probes correctly though. Other than a warm and fuzzy feeling, not much to speak of so far. I kept waiting for that spike that some have reported but none so far.

I'd say that to know if your aiming correctly, use the 808 at full power and I think you should experience vertigo. I'm not sure though
 
Make sure to move it around to cover all areas
Also use the pulse function
 
Also - resist the urge to do it too often for too long
Twice a week at high power 15 min 500mw pulsed is a good ballpark
