Since I got hyperacusis six months ago I have stopped exercising completely. I used to play basketball multiple times a week, go to the track two or three times a week, and go to the gym four or five times a week. I would love to get back to these activities as I'm sure they would provide a big psychological boost. Unfortunately they are all way too loud for me since my ldls are between 55-60. I'm just wondering if anyone has advice on how I can get myself back to doing these things. Should I try going eith ear plugs the first few times or will that just set me back even further??
