Getting Worse and Worse...

Hi, I'm Zeneth and I've had tinnitus for about 4-6 months...

When I first had T it was just a quiet ringing sound but I couldn't hear it with the fan on at night (very mild)

then it got louder after an incident... could barely hear it with fan on and faded away (still pretty mild)

then I got a sinus infection and it got worse, now I could hear with the fan on, so I opened my window at night to cover it up with the sounds from outside (mildish)

Now recently I've gotten a weird white noise/air sound in my ears, its very quiet but I can still hear it over many things.. whether sounds are there or not, the noise doesnt seem to get worse or better.. I can now hear my T no matter what at night! nothing natural to mask it

Over the time of having T I've also been popping my ears
I also have lots of allergies

I dont know what to do, I've only had it for a few months and its getting worse and worse D:

Probably your allergies. Take some antihistamine for a few days and that should clear most of it up.
