Got Tinnitus After Having Blocked Sinuses

Hi,
Just developed tinnitus after having very blocked sinuses on my left side. Sinuses are draining SLOWLY, with the help of prednisone, but tinnitus has not changed. Becoming quite anxious.

I have been reading about 5-HTP... is it worth trying? Having to take zoplicone to sleep at night.

How are you doing? Mine is also from a blocked sinus, waiting on FESS surgery now x
