Have You Ever Taken Any Supplements That Improve Your Hearing? If So, What Were They?

So I have tinnitus, but if I put my hearing aids in, I hear less of the ringing.

I was wondering if there are supplements that could help me because I have mild hearing loss and if some day I could get to the point where I wouldn't need hearing aids.

Not supplements but bananas and broken walnuts (whole ones hurt my jaws) seem to help me.
