Cause of Tinnitus
unknown but possibly medication
I experience severe vibration in my head. It starts about 10am in the morning, between 3-6pm it is really bad, evening when walking my head feels weird - settles a little when I take an anxiety tab though I'm not stressed or anxious.

Anyone else experience this? I can deal with the tinnitus as I can listen to masking sounds but the vibration is driving me insane.

Have you tried B12 and B6? A few weeks ago I started having some pretty bad peripheral neuropathy in my feet and the left side of my face/portions of my head.

The buzzing/vibration sensation was so bad in my left foot it honest to god felt like I was standing on a phone.

I looked up that a B12/6 vitamin deficiency can cause this and thought what the hell, I'll pop a supplement pill of each. The next day it had lessened considerably and then the day after it was gone. It's back again now a few weeks later so Im thinking of going to a schedule where I'm taking it ever other day or so. But I'm not sure yet.

Yes, I get this. For me, it seems to be neck related. If I moved my neck wrong it triggers it. At least I think. Sorry I am not a lot of help.
