Hi I'm New Here and Hoping for Help

I've had Tinnitus since 2012 after a untreated head injury. It never goes away and is pretty loud.
I've been to my doctor and he sent me to a ear specialist. No results or treatment. It effects my hearing and my sleep. There has just got to be something to get rid of it.

@DSDyer X rays of neck, then a decision if a CT of the brain is needed, then therapy may help.

Take drugs to sleep; don't endure the insomnia. Low dose amitryptaline worked wonders for me. Lots of people also get day-time relief from hearing aids, which boost high frequency background noise. These are expensive, but you can usually return them after 30-60 days if they're not helping.
