High Ringing Treatment? Make It Better or Worse?

Has anyone tried those high ring videos that are supposed to make your tinnitus better? I read a couple of peoples comment and they said it actually helped them? But it's this really high 8000 Hz pitch.

Is it supposed to trick the brain or something? Any insight would be great.

For me it is VERY effective. Try this sight, dial in the freq and tone that best match your T, and listen to it for a few minutes. In my case, T all but disappears completely and the effects last a long time Even days now. What a godsend for me.
