Okay, my T now seems to get louder when I am stressed out. That is not the only way but it is one way. From reading this website:

http://www.deutsche-tinnitus-stiftung-charite.de/en/projects/tinnitus_and_stress/, a professor said this:

According to Professor Birgit Mazurek, "All these stress-induced mental changes can also influence auditory phenomena, leading, for example to the development of tinnitus or the exacerbation of an existing tinnitus. In the ear, cortisol causes a massive release of glutamate into the neurons. This ultimately leads to a greater accumulation of calcium, which damages auditory sensory cells and nerve cells in the ear."

I think this is what happened to me several times in the past 6 years. My stress was up and my T got louder. If this is true, I would like to find a way to lower cortisol levels when I get stressed.

I think this is what happened to me ...

Messing with the most important hormone in the human body is not a good practice, despite what X Professor says, therefore you need to quantify your thoughts.

Take a 24h saliva cotrisol test (preferably monitored by a lab or doctor) so you can find whether there is some hormonal imbalance issue.
If you find that there is an overabundance of cortisol in your body, go visit a doctor. Too much cortisol is certainly not a bad/good thing, in some cases it may actually be the 'right' thing, but neither you nor anyone else would know better, so see a doctor.

If you are hell bent on pursuing this issue though, there is a product called Lactium which behaves like a cortisol antagonist.

Run if you are able to. Also anything that may be considered a "downer" like nicotine or alcholol should be stopped as this causes stress.

You should get your blood checked and make sure you aren't low in certain things like vitamin D and have your cholesterol checked.

Honestly running is the best thing and working out 30min a day everyday.

and sex?

I'm always wishy-washy in my commitment to yoga and meditation, but oddly, it's much easier to stay motivated about sex.

edit: also if you get into fairly specific tantric practices, you can get the yoga/meditation/sex trifecta all at the same time. Apocryphal sources say that Sting owes his entire career to this.

Well if you can have sex that much for that long everyday lol go for it!

The two best stress relievers for me is running my ass off and paddle boarding.
