How Did Your Pulsatile Tinnitus (PT) Start? Suddenly or Gradually?

I've been having short burst of pusatile tinnitus in my right ear when I bend or lay down in bed. I've also been feeling faint for a few seconds randomly throughout the day. It's been occurring quite frequently this month.

So I'm wondering for those who has PT, did your permanent PT suddenly appear or did you have episodes before it became permanent?

I already have the neuro tinnitus and I'll be devastated if I get permanent pusatile tinnitus.

Any advice for me please? What type of doctor should I address this to?
