I can't raise my voice too loud, one thing I do notice, I can't have a conversation with ppl who speak loud. Also I have to speak very low. This is what I get spikes from. I wonder if I am the only one like this sometimes. Don't know if it can cause damage, but try not to scream. So, another question I have is can your own scream cause you to have damage to your ears and cause tinnitus?
I was wondering because, I have super bad anxiety, two days before I got tinnitus I had a bad ocular migraine, it scared me so bad, if you have ever had one especially the first one it can be scary. I panicked and screamed as loud as I could for a few seconds, two days later I got tinnitus, I wondered if I caused damage to my own ears by screaming for those few seconds?
Thank you! I'm hoping one day it will go away. I did do a hearing test and my hearing was perfect said I could even hear whispers. I didn't think your own scream could do that. I was very stressed at the time, like a flight for life mode that day. Maybe stress triggered it, I've had it for 7 months, loud non stop hissing, ringing, humming. Some days are better than others but it's always there. If its a noise induced you should do a audio test but I cannot believe that a own scream can do this. Maybe anxiety and stress?
Wish you fast recovery ❤
I got ear fullness right away. T began on day 10.did you get tinnitus right after it? Or did it take days?
