How to Deal with Bad Managers at Work? I'm Being Let Go Because of Tinnitus

So.

Turns out she's been collecting items in a list of things I did poorly (nothing about anything good, nor the extenuating reasons as to why, for the legitimate mistakes... they are mistakes due to lack of focus and time which medically I'm supposed to have accommodation for) and using my illness stating that I don't have the mental capacity for my job and again, trying to fire me.

Looks like I'll be back on here daily on the Suicidal thread.
Does the company have an occupational health group/department? How large is it? Would they be exposed to reputational risk? Some companies do have OH departments. If you have a disability they are required by law to make accommodations, especially countries like UK and CANADA. I'm surprised your line manager is so aggressive. If you got a good lawyer she could end up in big troubles, unless the legal department of the firm is covering up for her but I'd be surprised they would risk that, unless they don't care about reputational risk.

I think you should shoot her! :)

Use earplugs and earmuffs...

Lol. It's a northern BC university.
It is a joke veiled in pseudo professionalism and pretty pictures, liberal garbage quotes, and being forced to listen to white privilege meetings while projects fall apart because they're too busy playing hot potato for who should be in charge aka take the blame.
So no I don't think anything legal was fucking consulted nor exists.

Not to say the people aren't hard workers or professional. The culture and my manager's style is just a complete joke and reactionary. You should know this when I've never seen it or had been trained, you should ask people when they don't tell me answers when I do or evade. Shit happens fucking constantly.
I'm the sacrificial lamb, it's mob justice, I already knew weeks ago, they are trying to hide it as not part of my condition but "work ethic" but that's complete bullshit. Any mistakes I made were because I relied on other people's bad or lack of information or the bigger ones because I was stressed while white knuckling with this.
The bigger ones aren't even a big deal. It could've been fixed in an hour.
Nobody chose to consult with me and just complained about me.
They say I shouldn't try to do everything.
So I don't and nothing gets done.

I just wish I spent more time collecting evidence than trying to get things accomplished like she has (just a big ass list of "mistakes" and "confusing communication") or dealing with this chaos in my head every fucking 30 minutes and hearing meetings where Im distracted by buzzing bumping and beeps in peoples voices. All joy is gone out of work. Purpose is gone in it.

I don't think everything she is saying is invalid. There have been a couple genuine mistakes that are partly because of this condition. I can't put 110% into the work and thinking as quick or deep as I used to because this is still an issue. It takes a lot more time.
BUT....right now? This does feel like a kangaroo court.
I'll look into what legal options might exist.
