Hi guys,
I was wondering if I indeed have hyperacusis or some sort of ear problem, whenever I hear the sound of aluminum foil crackling or medicine foil crackling a weird kind of quiet thud sound gets produced but it doesn't cause any pain or distress to me at all. The same occurs when I move around a bunch of ice cubes in a tray which causes the same thud sound. The thud sounds only occur at the same time that I am moving the ice cubes or crackling the aluminum foil. Do any of you guys have any idea what this could be?
