I Got My Tinnitus Today

I was kinda like you.

Had tinnitus a few times which would go away but then one time it didnt.

Wow thank you guys, ill try to do the best i can. I've realised taking ipren and alvedon help. Its a muslcle relaxing pill and a pill you take if you have headache. I take 1 of each 3 times. in the morning, in the afternoon and in the night before i sleep. im just so tired, i havent been able to get a good sleep since tuesday...
