It was amazing. I was taking a walk around some park area that has lots of nature around here. As I was walking, I noticed something. I heard birds chirping, rivers flowing, wind blowing, frogs ribbiting, etc. All... without tinnitus! That was a good hour and a half! Unfortunately, it returned later in the evening but that hou and half of silence was amazing!

That's awesome never thought I'd miss something like silence ....Some of the things in life we take for granted I guess

That is an EXCELLENT sign! Okay, your T came back, but the fact it went at all indicates that it will not be permanent. Sounds definitely like TMJ to me, because with TMJ the ringing usually comes and goes. Hopefully you won't ever have it once you get sorted.

Yeah, it's either that (I now clench my teeth at night) or virus that became active in my liver. Being that I started to develop inner ear issues and balance problems before the T and when the virus became active, I think it was that. The T came later as the virus was getting stronger. I'm on meds for it now... so maybe the exercise helped heal things for that hour and a half :)

Same happened to me 4 days ago when i was laying on the couch watching a movie, i didnt notice it until a few minutes after the movie had ended that the ringing was gone, i had complete silence. But it didnt take long until it was back on track again.

That's great. Do you take walks often? I notice that when I run my T goes way down (one day it disappeared for a while). I think it may have to do with nerve stimulation in the spine (when we walk or run).

I don't really take walks often but have been the past 3 weeks at the same park. A couple of weeks ago, I thought it was gone but then it "spiked" for 15 seconds and went down again. Last week was a good one.. just went away completely. I have some theories.

Great that you have that moment. It will only get better. Keep up the good 'walks'. (LOL). Seriously, relaxing walks can reduce stress level. Hopefully you will find more & more of this given time. Congrats.
