- Cause of Tinnitus
- Mild head injury maybe... but who knows...
Also... a band related to Inspiral Carpets... Oasis, both brothers HAVE loud tinnitus and they seem to manage well...
Oh yeah case closed, he has loud tinnitus, no question. Are you actually serious, or are you just coming off as a serious idiot for the fun of it? Maybe he has very minor tinnitus due to the fact that he can mask it with his own voice? This kind of speculation and ignorance is what keeps me from visiting this site anymore. You were dropped on your head as a baby? Is that where your T came from ?
I was actually just pointing out what I heard as I wasn't able to find the source, I don't understand your reaction i have always been supportive and wishing well to everyone in this place... I actually don't give a duck if the guy from Oasis have loud tinnitus I was just pointing out what I heard.Oh yeah case closed, he has loud tinnitus, no question. Yeah similar situation here, most people would think I am living the dream, I'm definitely not. I would give up everything I have worked for to rid of this hell. He's probably just riled up about T. I know I am. I'm 28 years old living in a house mortgage free, driving a 50,000 dollar car, I should have the perfect life.. but nope T.
Thanks Paul, was a little edgy, too edgy, I didn't need to be rude like that to get my point across.Yeah. Good to see you @Telis (even if it was a bit of an edgy return).

I am a little riled up, I can't stand how some people like to generalize, I've read it here way too many times. Saying things like so and so plays in a loud band, he MUST have loud tinnitus, and he seems to be doing just fine is incredibly insulting to the person that just took his life. How does that make this guy look.
Tinnitus varies in severity period, just because one person has it, this in no way means that the next has it in the same way. There is more to tinnitus than the amount of noise exposure a person has or had been subject to.
Some people can trash their ears their entire lives, even go deaf and have little to no tinnitus at all. I have a friend that was in the music business for years, he has almost no hearing left, he has a slight hiss in only one ear, and only heard in dead quiet, he actually has to strain to hear it. If I were to make assumptions (like some people here) I would assume that noise exposure doesn't cause severe Tinnitus, after all my friend has barely audible T, and my tinnitus was caused by ruptured ears and antibiotics. Do I assume noise can't cause severe tinnitus because it never did for me, and didn't for my friend, no this would be a very presumptuous, I have no way of knowing.
In my opinion making assumptions based on personal experiences or comments that others make is useless and ignorant. It only serves to spread miss information about an already confusing condition.
Really? I'd love to see that video. I assumed his wasn't that bad.Can you imagine Liam Gallagher raising awareness for tinnitus?
He's habituated , but for how long? Get better luck trying to get Chris Martin or Ryan Adams to speak out about it.
Chris Martin uses maskers, watched a video of him before showing them off.
