When my tinnitus first came on, I read books, went to doctors. I reduced sodium, swam 2 to 3 days a week. Within a year, I lost 40 pounds. The last three years, I was hardly complaining about my tinnitus.
During lock down, I did start eating unhealthy more often and have not exercised for a year.
In the last two months, I feel like I'm back to when it first came on in 2017.
So, here I go again looking for the answers. I am going to try fasting.
