Is Stannous Fluoride in Toothpaste Ototoxic? Can It Cause or Make Tinnitus Worse?

I used Parodontax toothpaste last night for the first time in a while. I noticed an immediate worsening of my tinnitus that hasn't gotten better.

Does anyone know if stannous fluoride or any inactive ingredients in toothpaste can cause or worsen tinnitus? It's more unbearably loud now than it was before.
