Why's the housing market so crazy in Cali?

I've heard a lot of people mention it over the past 6 months
Threefirefour is right, everyone's always wanted to live in Cali. In 2018 you have rich Asians (mostly Chinese who've accrued off the back of this ongoing epic Chinese economic bullrun) and Middle Eastern families buying up houses like crazy for themselves and their kids to go to school/live in America. All the major coastal hubs are like that right now, Boston and NYC are stupid prices.

This is literally a contractor rehab property.

I think Frequency Therapeutics is going to be the first to hit the market with hair cell regeneration but Decibel Therapeutics is going to end up in the long run as the world authority on tacking all otological conditions. anti ototoxic agents, treatments for excessive cochlear synapse damage they are working on. Who knows what else hopefully they know something about hyperacusis and are waiting to pwn all the TRT shills that act like sound therapy alone will cure hyperacusis.

Frequency is only competing with Decibel in the hearing loss aspect then they will move onto other progenitor cell applications while Decibel focuses on the cochlea. It's going to be exciting to see both bio tech firms are going to make.

Now that I'm employed as a graphic artist hopefully one day I can afford a treatment.

Hah! This is America. You can get treatment... but you'll have to live in bankruptcy.

First off all hail Contrast.

You really do earnestly add constructively to these forums. I try but I end up being out in left field talking about injecting myself with lab chemicals and stuff, which is just extreme. I'm also a basket case with bipolar mood swings and OCD.

You really have done alot to help bring me down to earth and I GREATLY appreciate your contributions.

Secondly, I think Decibel is going to go even further and figure out how to regenerate many other types of tissue, like white matter, grey matter, cardiac, bone. Way before I got shitnitus I started believing that we are on the verge of a massive and rapid technological leveling-up that will solve age old problems plaguing mankind and it looks like we may be a few decades from that and if we are fortunate, we will be among the first demographic to benefit from this.

I hope....

Yes, really. Anyone else? Made it through the first three years and still here. The human body is built to survive, whether we want to or not.
How much hearing loss do you have? Did you have a head injury, TMD, TMJ? Cervical issues. Anything else you suspect?

It's been a long time since I looked at my chart. I recall 10 and 12k mHz being over 90% loss. Conversation levels something like 35-40% loss. 3k dollars for hearing aids I don't use much anymore. (Recruitment is making up for some missing F's and S's?) I have yet to learn about audiology. I've been dealing with the psychiatrist and psychosis more than the ENT and audiologist.

Shaggy just hasn't been the same after he started directly injecting liquid scooby snacks into his bloodstream
