MemberI'm in a very, very bad situation (as are many of us). What can I say. And why am I even posting this I don't know. It won't solve my problem. Somebody tell me that somewhere over the rainbow there is a better life.

We're all friends.
That's at least the beauty of tinnitus. Atheists, Jews, and Christians, Protestants and Catholics, can come together and be friends. What if the entire world had tinnitus? World Peace?
Guys if we ever get cured we seriously need to meet up real life.
I mean this is a hardcore bond forged in the very fires of hell itself. Yes of course we are only friends through the internet but the only true company we have in this barren purgatory is each other. I think it's a genuine bond.

I have been reading @JohnAdams intelligent well crafted post and I have realized something I am missing in this Earthly life far greater then a treatment for sesori-neural hearing loss. That is a personal relationship with the creator of the Universe. I have been familiarized with Christianity in the past, rejected it and mocked it. Breaking the 3rd commandment to a very severe degree.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
This really speaks to me and realizes I need to repent and accept Jesus Christ as my lord and savior.
The Gospel of Luke (22:49-51) describes Jesus healing the servant of a high priest during the Arrest of Jesus after one of the followers of Jesus had cut his right ear off:
Jesus could heal us. I believe that.

I'm not worried about dying, I just have so many things I'm compelled to work on that killing myself would go against that.
..........er........I always get a bit nervous when I have the temerity to post anything on MPP.
I usually post surreptitiously - wearing a hard hat
- then get the hell out of there pronto...!!
Sometimes I get 'picked up' by the thought police for 'errant opinions'....
The total curse of death is still in play.

We've got some time before this happens. In the meantime, we can only wait for medical treatment, or a miracle to occur in our bodies. The grace of God can strengthen the hand of the ones developing the cure. They dont have to be believers to be used by God, that's clearly all throughout the Bible.

When you say "higher ups" here, do you mean people working on the project... or the big man upstairs
