the mods have let us have our fun for too long, looks like we're finally done for good

Hey brilliant humans! Do you hate science? Abhor cures for diseases? Would you like to help preserve the ancient tradition of trying to ignore tinnitus by playing more sounds and talking about it?

By helping fund acceptance of TRT around the world, you can know that your money is going to a bad cause. Ruin the world. Donate to TRT management and never hear silence again. Do it today!
I think that claim that TRT can restore normal sensitivity to sound is an outright lie.

shutting down MPP is a great way to preserve the status quo and go around the TRT circlejerk for another decade

pawel jastreboff will report MPP and demand legal rights to remove all memes and negative content about him.

mods comply, give him our IP, email, activity logs, tracking cookies they had on us

TRT deathsquads arrive on our front door the next morning

Guys take it easy. It seems quite apparent that the mods here are very good about freedom of speech. Everyone chill. Lol.

"We present a two-step gene manipulation, Wnt activation followed by Notch inhibition, to accomplish mitotic regeneration of HCs (hair cells) while partially preserving the SC (supoorting cell, progenitor cell) number."

So maybe the formula is some carageenan (wnt activator) in the morning and then curcumin (notch inhibitor) for lunch?

Or carageenan for a week then curcumin for a week?

Yeah I agree. Trust me most of the internet is not even remotely as well modded as this site. The "mods will surely ban us for x post" thing is kind of a meme about how they won't.

It has to be curcumin. everything I've read shows that it performs the same function of ly411575, and DAPT, which are notch1 gamma secretase inhibitors. If you read the patent info for fx322, it says they are either using ly411575 of DAPT. Nobody can explain to me why it wouldnt work. It's not toxic, basically. I havent been taking it consistently in high enough doses but now I'm gonna do it. 8grams a day for 7 days. But then it may be 3 months to see any full affects.

my wife runs a university database of subscription based science journals. I cannot copy and paste the subscription based journals here. But I did just find an article titled:

"Regeneration of human auditory nerve. In vitro/in video demonstration of neural progenitor cells in adult human and guinea pig spiral ganglion"

So there are progenitor cells in the human auditory nerve that can regenerate.

Curcumin kills brain tumor cells and can cause neurogenesis of neural progenitor cells.
Curcumin is a Notch1 inhibitor.

Notch 1 inhibition causes cochlear hair cells to regenerate, maybe even auditory nerves.

From a Babylonian medical paper from 1000 BC it says curcumin is a treatment for tinnitus.

**If a person's head seems to roar, you mix harmunu, aktam, imbuˆ tamtim, kukru, bura¯sˇujuniper, ere¯nu-cedar, sˇurme¯nu-cypress, ata¯ isˇu, kurkanuˆ, s ˙ as ˙ untu, sı¯ hu, arga¯nu-tree, barira¯tu and 'lone plant' with oil and wax. You massage it into leather and bandage him with it. (BAM 3 ii 4751 [ref. 6])

kurkanu is Curcuma Longa. Curcumin.

So essentially I should be going to the nearest store and buying curcumin supplements and take them faithfully for the next 3 or so months? I'm willing to do that

I found a tea with the following incredients:

Celery salt, fennel, tomato, cumin, green tea, garlic salt, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, chili peppers, cloves, silicon dioxide.

What do you think?

Was this a tea to help our range of conditions? If so, I should say the active ingredient is not enough to have a curative affect, but would be very healthy nonetheless. And by the way, I have no bad blood with you. I love you immensely. I watched Tales from the Hood last night because of your avatar and my wife and I were thoroughly entertained. I havent seen that movie since I was 12 and I was blown away.

No. Here's the deal, honestly based on honesty: the notch1 inhibitors make lgr5+ cells in the cochlea regenerate into hair cells, however they grow out of progenitor cells. It takes a process called wnt (pronounced wint) activation to multiply the progenitor cells. So if you activate all your progenitor cells with notch inhibition in your cochlea to regenerate into hair cells the you will run out of progenitor cells. The fx322 has a process to multiply progenitor cells and stimulate cochlear hair cell regeneration. There is a natural food product called carageenan that induces wnt activation but there is scant, no, scientifically published evidence that it can achieve this, that I am aware of, only conjecture from me. This is DIY gene therapy.

Curcumin is a notch1 inhibitor. FACT. Just like DAPT akd ly411575 which is the thing that they have discovered that induces cochlear progenitor hair cell regeneration. TOTAL FACT. It also seems to kill cancer, and perhaps induce neuronal progenitor cells to activate. If you look up the molecular shape of ly411575, DAPT, and curcuminoid, they all are basically the same except ly411575 and DAPT are toxic because they have flouride and nitrogen molecules attached whereas curcuminoid is totally organic. Curcumin's bio availability is low when taken orally, however because of its non toxicity in a wide range of doses, it is well tolerated. To have a therapeutic effect, you need to have large amounts of this in your blood stream for only about a week, in my estimation. Once you trigger regeneration it's happening, no need to stay on this for a long duration. My theory is that you take large doses of it just long enough to initiate progenitor cell activation, I am guessing is one week.

To achieve therapeutic levels of this I have determined, whether right or wrong, that you cannot take it orally. Either up the poop chute or injections.
If curcumin has a similar affect as the chemicals they have used to restore hearing in mice, then it should take about 3 months after the 5-7 day long treatment to manifest.
Any other questions about this I am happy to answer as much as I can.

No bad blood at all. Yes, I love Tales from the Hood, it's way ahead of its' time, brilliant film. It truly is "the shit".

No, it's not a tea specifically designed for tinnitus. I looked up curcumin supplements which, most seem to be kind of useless. I figure tea would be a good way to go.

Thank you for the response.

No problem. I may be stupid, but I think we can conquer this. Knowledge is power.
