Ladies and gentlemen:
About fx322:

"Fx322 combines
two proprietary, small-molecule drugs and delivers them in a slow-release gel.
From their patent:
https://patents.google.com/patent/US9968615B2/en
"The present invention relates to methods of inducing the self-renewal of stem/progenitor supporting cells, including inducing the stem/progenitor cells to proliferate while maintaining, in the daughter cells, the capacity to differentiate into hair cells"
Also from the patent:
"Among the various aspects of the present disclosure, therefore, may be noted a method for activating the Wnt pathway in a cell population to increase the capacity of the population for self-renewal, i.e., the capacity for repeated generation of daughter cells with equivalent proliferation and 'cell fate specification' potential, and differentiation, i.e., the capacity for generation of daughter cells specified for differentiation"
I have posted ample proof that Curcumin is a notch1 inhibitor, like ly411575, DAPT, and has a similar molecular profile. But this action alone will not cause progenitor cells themselves to divide, so if you dont do that, then you will get new hair cells, but in turn deplete the progenitors. Hence the need for
two drugs.
I think. One to divide and maintain the number of progenitor cells while the other grows progenitor cells into hair cells, and possibly also plays a role in the differentiation into hair cells. That's where I get a little fuzzy on this. Nonetheless it is notch1 inhibition as well as wnt activation that is the key here.
Carageenan is a natural wnt activator.

Remember it is the intestinal cells that are lgr5+ just like the cochlear cells.
Here is my preliminary recipe for a DIY method for curing hearing loss and tinnitus:
High doses of curcumin + carageenan.
Both readily available food products. Taken in large but safe quantities for roughly one week.
