I totally agree and even before I got tinnitus or knew about hair cell regeneration I knew we were on the verge of a new age of technology including medical advancements.

It's going to be a completely new age of peace. A new age of humanity. And it will last 1000 years.

This would be "The Singularity" which has been developing over the past twenty years.

The development and merging of knowledge. Mapping of the human genome, nanotechnology, computer processing speed and microchip technology. All of this incorporated into the human body will synergistically combine and transform life as we know it.

Good or bad, for some or for all? We shall see, maybe not me but younger generations.

Auris Medical used a completely wrong model of T. They claimed T is initially generated in the ear. They did not go with the central gain theory. The failure of AM-101 therefore makes lotsa sense.
Am I right?

dude progeintor cells only have two jobs, duplicate into more progientor cells and turn into hair cells.

It seems like they have something, but there's always so many possible complications in medicine, plus almost nothing is perfect in medicine...idk. Maybe in 200 years medicine will be perfect.
