I think they've known how to cure us stupid pigs for years. they just had to come up with an expensive drug that would pay for FDA trials and make profits for big pharma.

something tells me the original drug would set humans to regenerate hair cells throughout life just like birds and reptiles but for big pharma they gotta make it a tempoary and not permanent activation of progenitor cells.
This video hit's true points, open source software like Gimp, Libre Office hasn't gotten much better in the past 10 years or so and every update is an addition to the current existing interface. (firefox and browsers it spawned like Palemoon and Waterfox) being the great exceptions.
Gimp is great software for photo editing, but Adobe photoshop is phenomenal .
LibreOffice is a bad pathetic joke compared to Microsoft word
I'll say VLC media player ties with Windows media but the point is Linux has not yet beat Windows for professional use outside of managing servers and programs that deal with running websites.
Even the GUI's for Linux are more pretty then effective as they lack window thumbnail previews and give error to drag and dropping files into applications or icons.
Some GUI's and file managers are literally backward as Windows 2000 looking relics that are probably designed to run on really low end machines.
But seriously anyone that uses Google Chrome instead of Chromium or Vivaldi (open source chrome-based browsers) are basically just sheeple at this point helping fuel Google and the NSA's pockets. I personally prefer Firefox but the whole point is open source web browsers are a really good exception.
It's going to be a cold day in hell before Adobe, Microsoft or any large company maintaining digital photo, video or music editing software will ever allow their products to be on Linux.

I was doing well the past two weeks, the cold weather seemed to help. But T has caught up with me again. It's so loud and there's no escape. I can't enjoy anything, not even simple existence.
Okay, so no joy, no problem. But this noise won't let up and is driving me insane.
I'm thinking, "the brain's amazing in its ability to adapt". But why is it not able to adapt and overcome this noise, instead it's totally defenseless.

This is insane.

I cannot find one single paper where they have started testing therapies that have worked on rodents on humans besides GCF 166. WTF is going on here????? Nobody gives a crap about us. If they have rodents with recovered hearing, why didn't they test in on a human the very next day?
