The best treatment would be regenerating the lost cochlear hair cells and ribbon synapses or modulating the audiotory brain to stop producing the tinnitus signal.
So Contrast I see you've added neuromodulation to your recommendation repertoire. Lol. But it's secondary of course, the holy Grail is hearing regeneration.

Guys, can we get three cheers for Contrast please, dude is all over the forum actively combating misinformation and helping to raise awareness of the true cause of most tinnitus, good work and appreciated.
We really need TRT out and regeneration in.

What would you guys here answer to @Emperor-Drax 's question?
For myself I find this frightening to contemplate...
For some reason, this thread has me wonder where you all realistically see yourselves within the next five to ten years.

Do you think you'll still be experiencing these debilitating hearing conditions by that time, by being wedded to earplugs and muffs for perpetual security, and your lives on hold indefinitely, or do you feel it's likely your present condition will have (mostly?) resolved by then and you'll be in the process of rebuilding your lives?

woke up this morning 4/10 T
really sudden hearing loss i could feel exactly the moment it happened and T turns into a 2/10 T
what do i do? go beg some smug judging doctor for prednisone?
it happened before but i recovered hearing in minutes. Its been 4 hours now

you're wrong.
Who else thought it was weird that some of the Neuromod video testimonial dudes spoke about clearer/better hearing?
I mean this thang certainly doesn't bring back hair cells.
Was it just perceptive hearing improvement due to T reduction?
Weird, no?? Any thoughts?
Well when mine fluctuates to loud, I cant hear as well.

c'mon man. we have respect and love for our african brothers and sisters. the moon man thing is out of control.
/pol/ hijacked him and made him evil I know

I just really like the character ( I always did )

Im pissed i got thumbnail previews working on xcfe
but it causes new shit problems

the problem I use to do it destroys the windows GUI, there's no visible minimize, expand and exit button or window bar at all. The problem isn't meant to run with xcfe thats why It causes bugs and restarting my computer removes the setting anyway.

the bootleg dashboard also only shows thumbnail previews if the window is open and it looks ugly unlike GNOME's.

so why linux
Windows is NSA spyware, you should know that dude. Microsoft forces updates and breaks things while fixing other things. Windows 10 when starts up takes about 10 minutes before I can do anything it's so slow. The NSA has to load all their spyware. The only good thing about Windows 10 is propritary software that I can't run on Linux.

THere isn't just one Linux, there are distros and builds
users choose a distrobution, that comes with a file manager, desktop enviorment and settings that is right for them.

In less then a decade from now Decibel Therapeutics could be a world renowned household name for tinnitus and hearing loss giving us ground breaking therapies, or we can continue to ride Jasterboff's TRT carousel for another decade and get no where but watching Michael Leigh and like minding shills preach TRT on the forum, as well as everyone here that I actually care including myself commits suicide because we really are hopless in a world of stone age audiology still using tonal audiometry and microphones people put in there ear to amplify sound.

I'm glad you guys understand the red pill of the situation that audiology is in the stone age compared to some of the research going on, and the FDA is a barrier to novel medicine while not doing it's actual job of stopping snake oil.

We really are living in historical moments as the first work sufferers of tinnitus and hearing loss to actually care, regardless of how immature we act at times with MPP being filled with mind garbage mems.

I love all of you and everyone on this forum with the will to survive.

You think you can escape their gaze on your soul?
no, but Linux just makes the NSA's job more inconvenient but the more security you have the more difficult a computer is for casual use. If you want a linux distro focused on extreme Security use "Tails" on a thumbdrive

Edward Snowden uses it and it encrpyts all internet connections through TOR + it's running a thumbdrive.

Still it's a extremely inconvient OS to use that obviously runs slow online, and running through a thumbdrive thats powerful would still be a shit experience considering that it doesn't have as much RAM as running it on a hardware meant for a computeer

tbh only paranoid loons and criminals go that far in privacy. I just run the normie Linux mint

Your better off letting them know who you are. This is much better than them speculating who you are among others using less open architecture.
The goons spying on us think they are bringing order out of chaos. Little do they realize that they are fighting the Holy Ghost.

So basically MuteButton in Ireland in January is totally not happening??
KMN please!!!!
Just let us buy the stupid thing who needs Stone Age audiologists anyways!
Also I hate all these fights on TTalk!
