No BS, I slept really well last night, in part because the video John posted. I'm a redpill kind of guy, so I would rather know all the horrific facts about my condition rather than the bluepill bullshit of pillow and headband speakers.

Just knowing that something can be analysed and diagnosed, even if we can't fix it right now, is comforting.

Also, I'm 80% sure some of my progress is due to the HBOT sessions I've been doing, why the hell doesn't the BTA mention anything about that? There's plenty of centres in the UK, the one I'm going to has had tinnitus and hearing loss patients in the past and apparently the last one said he found his tinnitus more manageable after. Of course, this can also be placebo, but at least give people a page with links to a few studies and say "Meh, it's up to you".

How much was it for HBOT?? Was it in your home?
