Peripheral neuropathy:

"If left untreated, the numbness, tingling, and burning caused by peripheral neuropathy will get worse over time. The damaged nerves will continue to send confusing messages to the brain more frequently until the spinal cord gets so used to sending the signals, it will continue to do it on its own."

Sounds a lot like T regarding "sending the signals". Peripheral neuropathy is also annoying like T.

P.N either gets significantly better or much worse. No one bothers researching its mechanisms on why some people get better and others get worse. They literally have CBT for neuropathy progression as if the user is suppose to accept it like a cuck.

How can anyone classify tinnitus as a symptom. The symptom of WHAT? My ringing ears, intolerance, annoyance to sounds, ear soreness and pain, and pressure in ears are all symptoms of a CONDITION CALLED TINNITUS. It is not even debatable. In my opinion it is a life altering disease.

Damn this place really took off since I last posted. My last contribution was around page 60. I guess the memes were just too good to give up for everybody else here. I'll admit I gave up seeing as there were no solutions available so I went back to my old life. I made some changes to avoid loud noises but in general I stopped wearing ear plugs because they didn't seem to help me at all. My intention was to "habituate" or at least attempt to. I know this is a dirty word around here but what else can you actually do? Unfortunately, my condition has only gotten worse. I'll post an update soon but only for the reason that it might provide some kind of insight.

Aside from that how have things progressed here? Are there any new developments from Frequency? Any kind of hope for a solution? I also noticed a few members have passed away. It was very sad to read about them. Hopefully they're in a better place now. Rest in peace.

Guys have we all signed the petition, it takes like 10 seconds, it's a start.

@Contrast
I give you this much, you are persistent. And I like that. LOL. I don't have a problem with understanding speech in noisy places. Albeit, I agree I most likely fried some hair cells as result of ingesting an ototoxin. I applaud your ability to readily provide factual information. I pray for us all.

Meant to say it became manageable after 28 months however this past 6 months it's been a bit erratic...
How long did you have between it being manageable and these past 6 months? As per my status updates, I have 332 days of patience left before I spring for something like StemCell21. I'm only giving my tinnitus & tinnitus research outcomes (e.g. Shore, Regain, FX-322) the end of the year to provide an appropriate option.

It's hard to say, for me it's up and down depending on external factors.
I also have TMJ so may have somatic elements in the mix. Most people do get used to it and have an ok life with it so give it time...

As seen on the campaign. Why doesn't he just come back and apologize here?
