I gave you agree in the general sense that I agree. I'd say this has definitely been the unwritten rule for a while.

I am a bit bummed but understand the extreme importance of this, even thought I am not affected.

Also Liberman is a genius, I'm confident anything Decibel comes out will pass trials

There will be dozens of bio tech firms aiming to restore hearing loss in the next few years. we are not living in the days of Pawel Jastreboff's doctrine where TRT is the source of authority.

Real science is happening

There was no conversation about signal timing/vagus nerve stimulation to silence tinnitus, cochlear hair cell regeneration or synapse reconnections to repair hearing and cure tinnitus. There was no scientist to explain the mechanism of tinnitus, and painful hyperacusis. 2 decades ago people back then were screwed and suicide may have been the favorable option.

Infact tinnitus research did not begin until the 1970s when the ATA first formed and hearing regeneration was not taken seriously until the mid 2000's when ideas about gene therapies came a long. Pawel Jastreboff did take away valuable time and resources but his days are numbered.

Now real help is coming
