My Tinnitus Is Fading 4% Each Month

I work. I run my own company within the web industry. So that has actually been hard, managing the company and managing the T at the same time. But now it feels a bit better and manageable. I live in Stockholm, Sweden. What do you do J?

I am a software developer, physique coach and nutrition expert. :)

Cool! What kind of software developer? I mean what languages and stuff do you do?

Sounds safe to know you have the skills about the other stuff you mentioned. Tomorrow I'm in my first week of keto. Lost 2kg already. I think together with the knowledge especially in this thread https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/back-to-silence.7172/page-27#post-151324 you/we might have a pretty strong natural protocol for managing T.

I work on Microsoft Technologies mainly the .Net Framework.

As for programming languages I work on C#.

I have over 7 years of experience in building web applications.

you can check my resume on linkedin by searching by name (Joseph Ghassan)

Yes, you will lose some water weight at first before starting to tap into your fat storage.

Just make sure to up your sodium 5g, potassium and magnesium from vegetables in the upcoming 6 weeks. And drink a lot of water as you will lose fluids.

@valeri what you can do is to slowely lower your carbs that way you will have less carvings to it.

sugar has the same effect as heroin.

You can substitute sugar with stevia.

The first week will be tough but once you start adapting you will never think of getting back to eating sugar.

First week into keto. Still have some weeks before it kicks in. I've lost a couple of kilograms in the first week. T is the same from around 2-7/10. More updates will come.

@PatrickG you need 4 weeks to upregulate the transporter that let ketones bypass the blood brain barrier.

expect some spikes in the first few weeks but after 4 to 6 weeks you will start get the neurological benefits.

one tip, to boost your ketone levels try to get 3 table spoons of coconut oil for therapeutic effect or 3x50 g of fresh coconut.

I just noticed that I have had a bit of wrong ingredients. I've eaten some apples and bananas here and there, and also been eating beans, which is supposed to be a no no.

OK @joseph Ghass I will get the coconut oil and being more strict with the diet. Not so fun but worth trying.

2 months (8 weeks) with T on Monday 14/12 and it's only been very slightly better. Otherwise no changes. Still fluctuating and still many sounds. Fight is on.

Cheers to you all!

Yes patrick, make sure not to eat more than 50g carbs a day. You need to get all ur carbs from vegetables and nuts.

Fast for 18h and eat in 6h window.

This will put your body in optimal repair mode as your human growth hormone will skyrocket. An increase of 2000%.

This is our only weapon right now until they found a treatment.

Can you point to some research that shows that fasting indeed does increase human growth hormone production?
