My Tinnitus Is Fading 4% Each Month

Keto is not a miracle thing. For some you health gets worse. Like myself.
Did strict keto and my body did not like it.
My body needs a normal carb based diet.

My t did not change. Even got worse since my health got worse on keto over 6months.
Out body chemistry is different. Keto works for some, for some it does not.
Not talking about t now.

Check out www.reddit.com/r/keto for plenty of information avout the keto lifestyle.

Its worth trying as most other things. But needs to be followed. If you cheat you need to start over because you will get out of ketosis state.

You clearly messed up your diet. you need to find a nutritionist that is savvy in ketogenic diet to help you out.

Hi guys,

here is a good update, T is almoat gone. Only very low hissing in both ears that are nothing compared to its inital level.

I am going to start a thread about a complete protocol on how to beat T and lower it in 3 months. 2 years researching and trying things so give me a week or two to assemble all the research.

I remember times when I was about to quit but I kept believing in the power of our body to heal itself if we give it a chance.

@joseph Ghass

Is your hearing improved also?

As far as I recall your protocol is heavily based on a ketogenic diet. I have been in a nearly ketogenic diet, (no sugar/very low carbohydrate) for more than a year. I thought that I got some results, but putting everything on perspective, probably I have not had real improvements and is just placebo and direct result of the wide variability of my T.
You should make clear in your protocol why is addressing the T root cause. In general diet, exercise and lifestyle will improve your well being, but it is not clear that it will reduce the noise.

Me too!
If it's just the Placebo effect/response, that's fine with me. Perfect, even.
