Need Help with Diagnosing Symptoms (Blood Rushing and Bubbling, Amplified by External Sounds)

I have tinnitus and hyperacusis but I also have something which I need help finding answers to, I need to see if I can maybe treat it or find out why it's happening.

What I hear is a low level blood rushing/roaring and bubbling which is amplified when I hear external sounds over a certain volume. It's so bad now that even talking to someone gets it going. It also amplifies/gets worse when I clench my throat muscles, breathe in deeply with my eyes shut, when I close my eyes shut tight, when I turn my head to look to the side, it seems like anything that cause increased blood flow to the head.

I need help knowing what this is. If anyone recognises this, what should I do? I've had this and the hyperacusis pain for nearly 3-4 years now and it just gets worse. I'm getting desperate.
