I would like an actual substantive response- despite the reading I've done, I very well could be wrong or ill-informed about TRT and I admit that---I don't want to go too far because I don't want this thread taken down: Dr Nagler please let me know my mistake in regards to TRT, Jastebroff's model, etc-- seriously

Doubt it. But, complete sensory deprivation is used as a method of torture - yes.

Actually, tinnitus like "music" is used as a form of torture, not silence.

Extreme Solitary Confinement in 3rd world countries and prison camps.

This thread is about how Neenie is coping with her tinnitus after one year. Regretfully, her message has been replaced by people debating the pros and cons of TRT, etc. And, at times, the debate has become heated and disrespectful. This type of debate is in violation of our netiquette rules.
