Alright, I wanna jump on this bandwagon!

Kate Beckinsale. Just absolutely gorgeous.

Fell in love with these two all the way back in 2002 during a show about super soldiers: Jensen Ackles and Jessica Alba. (I'm aware I was five, don't judge!)

Nice to see you here @Moni97. Jensen Ackles, YES. Loved him in Supernatural.

My comedienne crush. The funniest woman of all time. Legendary. So legendary, in fact, that I don't even need to drop her name here. The picture alone is sufficient — everyone knows who she is, with that signature hair and look, often identified with one name only; a source for laughs and love. Growing up, I watched her show on Nick at Nite through reruns, back in the days when Nickelodeon was cool. Interesting fact, too: my mom met her at a convention in the '70s.

Does anyone else have crushes from Hollywood's older days, or its golden age perhaps? I saw Barbara Eden and James Dean mentioned.
How about going back to the Silent Age. The beautiful Thelma Todd.

@Moni97, @tpj, nice to meet a couple more Jensen Ackles fans. He looks hella fine as Soldier Boy too.

I watch him on Big Sky. Not a crush but I've seen him as Soldier Boy too. Big Sky films are not too far from where I live. I would like to be able to say "Soldier Boy." like he has not heard it a zillion times

Leader of the Nazi Azov Battalion, nice going.
What's more embarrassing is you coming into this thread and posting Russian propaganda.

I'll let my crush dispel you now.

This thread made me feel better today, thank you.

My husband and I both have a Celebrity Hall Pass picked out. Mine is Ian Somerhalder.

One word: Winona! She stole my heart like fancy clothing, long before her lifting days; those cherished, cashmere garments. She looked at them with lust and envy, and swiped them at those stores. What a wild scandal! An awesome thief she was, legit, despite that crazy drama. And still, my heart is missing. Even to this day, I wonder where it's really at; probably locked away in darkness; a cabinet at her house perhaps, where all her lovers go; those folk with wild admirations. :(

And Julia, I crushed on, too. She rocked the latter '90s and I remember why. They made her honkers big in Erin Brockovich, and I think that's when I first took notice. I was just a teen back then, blooming. So naturally, they bounced right off the screen, even in those days, before 3-D was a thing. Technically, she invented it, before James Cameron did. So beat that, Cameron! :woot: Perhaps she was his inspiration — those jugs created Avatar.

After that, I looked back at her former work and realized she was pretty cool: Pretty Woman; Sleeping with the Enemy. Who can forget Notting Hill? Oh, and Runaway Bride. She left me standing at the alter, just like Richard Gere, nowhere to be found. And now she's just a memory, fading to life's currents. And sadly, my life paralleled that loss, too, even further. I dated a girl in high school who looked like Julia strikingly, but she was the one who got away. Still kick myself to this day.

I liked Jodie a lot for her stellar performances: Contact; Silences of the Lambs; Panic Room. But mostly Contact. Growing up, I was a science nerd and fan of Carl Sagan, who authored that great novel.

All 3 of these women were fantastic in their own, creative ways. And I forgive Winona, too — everyone steals something in their lives. We're all thieves from conception. After all, we stole a spot here on earth; robbed its precious matter; all those atoms hanging there, we robbed 'em out of sight; claimed 'em as our own, without this earth's permission! :woot:

Call me crazy, but that's my rant. :thankyousign:

Enjoyed your rant @Jerad.

His movies may not be the best but he's good to watch. Gerard Butler.

This can't be real lol.
Ya, it's not real. :D I made up the quote and graphic, lol. I tried to write it in the same way Cameron usually speaks. Maybe it is true, though. Maybe that's how he got the idea. o_O Do you think people would still go see the Avatar movies if he revealed that? Would his comments receive warm reception? lol.

@Moni97, I was definitely Team Bangel!

If no-one else has mentioned them, Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz, & Oded Fehr are 3 of the reasons why The Mummy (1999) is one of my favourite films.
