It's a portable harmonium which is sort of like a cross between bagpipes and an accordion. The use of a drone is what gives it the exotic flavor.

I wish I could listen to it. Due to My H I haven't been able to listen to music. I recognized the music up 'till Black Sabbath & Hans Zimmer and I can still hear it in my head. I'd like to continue this journey with you, though it'll be somewhat unilateral.

No music? Really? The Sabbath song was actually very atypical, one of their most quiet acoustic/symphonic.
